Shipping Policy – Vaporizers Direct Australia
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Vaporizers Direct Australia, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Most orders are fulfilled within a few hours of placement. Once fulfilled, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
Address Changes and Delivery Updates
If you wish to update your delivery address or shipping method after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vaporizersdirect.com.au. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, please note:
- If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
- Re-shipping costs due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error or refusal to accept delivery, we can either:
- Reship the item at the customer’s expense, or
- Process a refund for the product only, minus a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your order to avoid delays or additional charges.
Shipping Carriers and Timeframes
- We primarily ship via Australia Post.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- While we aim to ship orders promptly, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by external delays beyond our control.
Express Shipping
- If you select express shipping and your parcel does not arrive within Australia Post’s expected delivery window, we are happy to refund the express shipping charge.
To request a shipping refund, please contact us at support@vaporizersdirect.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship orders to South Australia.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order appears delayed, we recommend contacting Australia Post with your tracking number first.
- If there is no delivery scan after a reasonable period, please reach out to our support team so we can assist with an investigation or replacement.
